I'm sorry there is no pictures but I don't think yo would want to see a picture of the bottom of my foot.
I went to Coos Bay last weekend for the Coos Bay Volleyball Tournament. I went with my school Trinity Lutheran Church and School. It was really fun and cool. We got 6th place in 1 "A" division. But, we also got the Good Sportsmanship Award.
Anyways, I hurt my foot by playing on it too much. so, I outstretched the membrane in my foot. It will hurt for about a week. I will have to ice it every night and try to stay off of it as much as possible. But, I can still play sports just not a sport that you have to run a lot like, soccer.
